- Your IP address for identification or analytics
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
- Usage analytics or behavioural data
What we DO collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide:
Contact Form
- Name and email address
- Your professional role (GP, Trainee, Manager, etc.)
- Your message content
This information is sent to us by email via Resend (an email delivery service) and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists without explicit consent.
Practice Tools
The Practice Health Check and Practice Comparison tools have moved to Partners Playbook. Links to the old addresses on this site redirect there. Their privacy notice covers those tools.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs may be processed as part of their infrastructure. We do not access or use these logs to identify visitors. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
- Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email
- Google Fonts — provides typography (no tracking)
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking services.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and waitlist emails are retained only as long as necessary for their purpose. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to any data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for communications
