The Four M's

Core areas of focus that shape my work in clinical practice and healthcare innovation.

Multimorbidity

Managing patients with multiple long-term conditions is the reality of modern general practice. I'm interested in how we can do this better — through better systems, better tools, and better understanding.

Medical Education

Training the next generation of GPs is one of the most important things we do. I'm exploring how AI tools can support this — for trainers and registrars alike.

Men's Health

My surgical background gives me a particular interest in men's health issues. Men often don't seek help until problems are advanced — we need to change that.

Management

Running a GP practice is a business as well as a vocation. My MBA taught me to bring business thinking into healthcare — not to replace clinical values, but to support them.

About Aryash Health

Aryash Health is my platform for building tools and resources that help both healthcare professionals and patients navigate modern healthcare.

For professionals (aryash.pro): Practice benchmarking tools, AI education, and resources for GP trainers — all built from the perspective of someone who works in general practice every day.

For patients (aryash.health): Plain English explanations of blood tests, health conditions, and when to seek help — designed to support, not replace, the advice of your GP.
